Join us for an 8-week immersive journey into new high-frequency spaces of healing and transformation.
The Light Portal Activation journey offers you to experience the profound healing power of plant medicine ceremonies, activate your spirit guides, and resolve inner blockages holding you back from operating at your full potential in business and personal life.
You will be venturing together with a crew of 8 people, guided by a team of experienced facilitators with deep knowledge of diverse healing traditions and plant medicine ceremonies.
The Three Phases of the Journey
1. Preparation
7 weeks online before the retreat: Engage in online preparatory work, including one-on-one meetings and group sessions, to get to know your crew and set clear intentions with guided thematic practices.
2. Experience
One week in-person retreat: Dive into an immersive retreat with 6 nights stay in a magical resort in Mexico, including plant medicine ceremonies, breathwork, water blessings, and more.
3. Integration
4 weeks online after the retreat: Meet online with your crew and facilitators for a post-retreat integration. Support each other, to stabilize your high-frequency peak experiences into your daily life.
Phase 1: Preparation
Weeks 1 to 7
During the initial seven weeks, you will be meeting with your crew online, getting to know each other, and working on your intentions. There will be guidance on how to prepare yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally for the upcoming immersive retreat of week 8.
Time Commitment:
- 1 hour online meeting with the whole crew and the facilitators once a week.
- 1 hour online meeting one-to-one with a paired crew member (changes each week) once a week.
- 1 hour solo practice on a given topic once a week.

Phase 2: Experience
Retreat Week 8
The 8th week is an immersive retreat with all the participants physically gathering together for a Light Portal Activation ceremony and plant medicine rituals. By the time you start the retreat, you will have been well-prepared for this life-changing experience.
A day-to-day program will be designed according to the needs of the crew and it will include:

Between ceremonies, you can enjoy optional daytime activities like hikes, yoga, and private time. Optional short trip in the Yucatan area can be discussed and arranged with the crew and facilitators during the preparation phase.
Retreat Location
A holistic retreat center, nestled on the beautiful green lands of the Yucatan, Mexico, offers a serene and tranquil environment perfectly suited for healing and transformation. It features a preserved authentic atmosphere from the past and is rich with various kinds of flora to disconnect from the outside. It is a dedicated space for healing retreats with yoga rooms, swimming pools, temazcal and a magical garden.
You will arrive Sunday afternoon and depart Saturday afternoon. Travel and lodging guidelines will be sent upon application approval.
Phase 3: Integration
Online Weeks 9 to 12
Integrating and stabilizing our high-frequency experiences, insights, and lessons into our daily lives is one of the most important parts of the CO Journeys. After the participants return home from the immersive retreat, they will have 1 month follow-up online meetings with their crew and facilitators for a post-retreat integration.
Time Commitment:
- 4 online meetings for 1 hour each

- Two weeks after: Online meeting with all your crew and the facilitator to share experiences
- Three weeks after: Online meeting with all your crew and the facilitator to share experiences

Light Portal Ceremony Team
Our dedicated team of facilitators and healers bring generations of wisdom and expertise to guide you on your journey of healing and transformation. From traditional spirit healing, plant medicine to mystic yoga practices, our facilitators offer a unique blend of modalities to support your growth and evolution.
- Ina Rifai: A traditional spirit healer from Indonesia, brings generations of healing wisdom, offering Light Portal Ceremonies and private sessions.
- Jose Luis: Founder of FlyHighYoga and a Mystic Healer, combines aerial yoga with deep spiritual practice to guide participants through their healing journey.
- Ryan Miller: Shares his innate ability to sense and clear spiritual blockages, honoring his Muslim healer lineage.
- Garrett Wood: With a decade in plant medicine and healing arts, offers Biomagnetism and Kambo sessions, aligning participants with their higher selves.
- Erick Colibri: A Spiritual Guide and Medicine Musician, infuses ceremonies with transformative sounds and wisdom teachings.
Your Investment
Investment Options
The journey has a set fee and the initial 30% is paid when enrolling to a journey (refundable). The remaining 70% is paid when the crew and the cohort dates are confirmed. The fee varies depending on the accommodation choice during the retreat week:
- Single Occupancy: $4,000 for a private retreat experience.
- Double Occupancy: $3,500 to share your journey with a fellow attendee.
- Triple Occupancy: $2,000 for a communal living experience.
The fee includes all the required study materials, program activities, and meals during the retreat week. The fee does not include individual expenses, and travel costs to/from the retreat location. Payment plans are available to ensure access for all who are called to join.
Cancelation Policy
- The initial 30% investment is fully refundable at any time after the enrollment if there is no confirmed crew and cohort date.
- If there is a confirmed crew and cohort date, cancellation 1 month or more prior to the cohort start date: 70% refund.
- If there is a confirmed crew and cohort date, cancellation less than 1 month prior to the cohort start date: No refund.

Cohort Dates
The CO Journeys start in cohorts once each season, 4 times a year. You choose a cohort season that you wish to journey and then in that window you will need to align the exact starting dates with your crew, based on availability. The more flexible your dates are, the more chances you will have to match with a crew.

Enrollment Application
Following up a successful pre-enrollment interview, you will be guided to complete your enrollment application. Due to the nature of the journeys, a thorough application process, including a medical form and waiver, will be required.
Payment of the initial 30% of the fee is required to complete the enrollment application. It is fully refundable at any time if there is no confirmed journey at the selected dates.
After completing your enrollment for a journey and selecting your cohort dates, you will be guided to start the crewing up process to assemble your crew. The process utilizes a special matchmaking game that involves creating a profile and making a series of choices. You can also choose to join with your existing crew.
Your journey is confirmed after the following conditions are met:
- Completed pre-enrollment interview and enrollment application
- Formed crew ready to embark on the agreed cohort dates
- Payment of the journey fee by you and all your crew members

About Light Portal Ceremony
Portal opening ceremonies are deeply rooted in the ancient shamanic heritage of the Far East and ancient pagan practices from the West. The main intention of the ceremony is to connect and bring down higher-frequency light from the heavens to cleanse and harmonize earthly energies. This will be done through breathwork, bodywork (somatic healing), and sound healing.
In this healing ceremony, we will create a portal of light: a Gateway of light from heaven to earth connecting, unifying, and harmonizing the yin and yang forces. This powerful light portal will be able to shift the collective and individual energies of everyone in the ceremony space. As a group, we will open and connect to the highest divine light to clear denser energies from the earth and bring them to the light. According to ancient Taoists, human beings are inherently light beings. In fact, the word for human beings in Japanese is “Hito” – the gate of light. Essentially, as human beings, our job is to remember how to keep our gate of light bright and clear and learn how to remove the dirt and grime that accumulates from daily life.
The ceremony will be held by a group of facilitators who will lovingly guide and support you to intimately connect you with your divine, clear, and cleanse your energetic body. During this process, the team will work on the group as a whole and also individually to open or release any blockages while performing sound healing magic.

Our ceremonies are unique because we mix the powers of the indigenous medicine with our amazing team. From Swami Arun’s Cosmic Sound healing magic, Colibri’s medicine songs along with the chants and energy work of Ina, Jose, Garret, and Ryan.
The team will work on the group as a whole during all ceremonies and eventually individually if it is necessary to open or release any blockages, while the chants and sound healing do their magic.
