During the 8-week online and in-person journey, participants engage in a variety of practices guided by experienced facilitators. They delve into the realms of vulnerability, relational depth, embodiment and free expression.

You will cultivate a deeper sense of connection and intertwine your unique journey with your crew. Each individual’s exploration contributes to the elevation of the entire group’s frequency, creating a powerful and transformative field of collective transformation.
